Our Training Program
Before stepping into your workflow, every accountant undergoes tailored training built around Australian accounting standards. We cover key platforms like Xero, MYOB, and Quickbooks to ensure they're job-ready from day one. The training also emphasises communication, task management, and meeting the expectations of Australian firms.
Our Ongoing Support
Our partnership doesn’t end at onboarding. You’ll have access to dedicated support that includes regular check-ins, performance reviews, and HR assistance. We’re here to troubleshoot, guide, and help your offshore team grow with your business—ensuring long-term success and continuity.
What timezone will my staff work in?
Your offshore team will work on a blended schedule designed to support both collaboration and productivity. There will be a minimum of 4 hours of daily overlap with your Australian working hours, allowing time for meetings, reviews, and real-time communication. The remaining 4 hours are set aside for “focus work”, where your team can work uninterrupted on tasks and deliverables. This balance ensures effective collaboration while giving your offshore staff time to produce high-quality, independent work.
What if the hire is not a good fit?
We understand that finding the perfect team member sometimes takes time. If a hire isn’t the right fit—whether due to skills, communication, or cultural alignment—we’ll work closely with you to understand your concerns and swiftly identify a more suitable candidate. Our goal is to ensure you’re completely confident in the team you’re building, and we’re committed to making adjustments until you are.
Do I get a say in who is hired?
Absolutely. Your input is central to our recruitment process. We collaborate with you every step of the way—from defining the role to shortlisting candidates, to facilitating interviews. You’ll have the final say on who joins your team, ensuring the individual aligns not just with the job requirements but also with your firm’s culture and workflow.
How long is the contract?
We operate on a rolling 3-month contract model, providing you with both flexibility and continuity. Should your circumstances change, we simply ask for six weeks’ notice. This structure gives you the freedom to adapt without being locked into long-term commitments, while also offering your offshore team stability and clarity.
Where will they work from?
All of our offshore accountants work from our fully equipped office in Tamil Nadu, Southern India. This allows us to provide a secure, professional, and well-managed environment with reliable infrastructure, oversight, and access to ongoing training. It also ensures your team benefits from being part of a structured workplace, rather than working in isolation.
